During the first month, attendees choose their fields. Then they create a showcase for their families and receive a Program Completion certificate. The program's mission is to "Build A Better Life Thru Arts" and has awarded over 200 arts-based scholarships since 2015. Recently, the foundation began to offer monthly skill-centered workshops for youth interested in arts, and communication called the Konnected To Your Craft Program. The foundation also created the Konnected to Excellence in Education Award to honor educators. The foundation plans to expand to offer sports-based scholarships to youth and coaches in the coming year.
